JET operates two production facilities in Hüllhorst and Voerde, Germany. Six locations throughout Germany and Poland offer the complete array of products, project management and maintenance services. In addition, JET produces specialized expanded polystyrene (“EPS”) packaging products for local industrial clients in the Hüllhorst facility. The daylight and smoke ventilation products of JET are directly sold to builders and contractors or through wholesalers and Value Added Resellers. JET also offers installation and maintenance services. JET has a strong market leadership position in Germany, and exports to central and eastern Europe. Its main brands in this market are BIK and Vaculux. It has production facilities in Opmeer and ‘s Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The products are mainly sold to wholesalers and contractors and used in residential, industrial and public and commercial end markets. Outside The Netherlands, (semi-) finished products are sold through Value Added Resellers. PRG also owns and operates a sales and assembly business in the UK, Cox Building Products. The investment thesis of H2 is to build a pan-European market leader in specialized rooflight & ventilation products.
