Danish company Multi-Lite

KN Tagdaekning A/S sells daylight and SHEV company Multi-Lite A/S to “JET-Gruppe”

On February 1st, the German “JET-Gruppe” (Hüllhorst) acquired a 100 percent interest in Danish company Multi-Lite A/S (Ringsted). Multi-Lite was previously part of the major roofing company KN Tagdaekning A/S (Struer, Denmark), operating as an independent supplier of system solutions in the field of daylight and smoke and heat exhaust ventilators (SHEV). KN Tagdaekning A/S now intends to focus on its core competencies and has reached agreement with JET-Gruppe on the takeover of the strong Multi-Lite organisation. The Danish company, which has been in existence for over 50 years, will continue to operate as an independent unit under the manager, Henrik Carstensen, and his team. Thus, business will be processed as usual from the site in Ringsted. "The acquisition of Multi-Lite A/S offers advantages for both sides: Multi-Lite will benefit from our Group's international know-how, and we will have qualified access to the Nordic markets," explained Geert Kessels, Managing Director of JET-Gruppe. The company's Danish customers will also benefit from further optimised products and a broader product range.
