FMG is an important publisher and distributor of books, films, games and music, active in the Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia. The company has gone through a significant restructuring process in the last few years and has adapted its growth strategy to deal with the current challenging (retail) environment.

H2 Equity Partners has supported the company in the last two years and has now sold its shareholding in FMG to Van Lanschot Investments. This financially strong shareholder can support the company in executing its growth strategy.
